Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Prynta Co, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a refund within the terms described in this policy. We aim to make the refund process straightforward and fair.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans offered by Prynta Co and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. Eligible Plans

This policy applies to all paid Prynta Co plans, including:

• Pro Plan (Monthly) — billed at $19/month
• Pro Plan (Annual) — billed annually
• One-time purchases — any add-ons or credits purchased separately

The Free Plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase.

For monthly renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of that renewal charge. We evaluate renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Annual Plan Pro-Ration

If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 30-day full refund window, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for any unused complete months remaining in your billing period.

The pro-rated amount is calculated as:

Partial months are not refunded. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans can be requested at any time during the subscription year.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to pryntaco@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the following in your email:

• The email address associated with your Prynta Co account
• The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
• A brief reason for the request (optional, but appreciated)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate the outcome.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe (our payment processor) within up to 10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 3–5 business days beyond that.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Terms of Service violations or abuse: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform are not eligible for refunds.
• Second refund requests: We offer one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund for a Prynta Co subscription, subsequent refund requests will not be honored.
• Requests outside the refund window: Monthly plan charges older than 30 days are not eligible for a full refund (though annual plans remain eligible for pro-ration).

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period — no refund is issued for the remaining days unless you also submit a refund request that qualifies under this policy.

A refund request is a separate action that must be submitted by email as described in Section 5 above. Cancelling your subscription alone does not automatically trigger a refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
