7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Third-Party Trademarks
ZPL, EPL, SGD, and Zebra are trademarks of Zebra Technologies Corporation. Other printer manufacturer names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Prynta Co is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zebra Technologies or any other printer manufacturer.

We use Auth0 for authentication services and Stripe for payment processing. These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
9. Browser Compatibility and Technical Requirements
The Service requires a modern Chromium-based web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera) to utilize WebUSB and Web Serial APIs for direct printer communication. These features are not available in Firefox or Safari due to browser API limitations.
Network printer functionality (TCP port 9100) works in all modern browsers.
HTTPS is required for WebUSB and Web Serial features in production environments (localhost connections do not require HTTPS).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 No Guarantee of Uptime
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.3 Printer Compatibility
We do not guarantee compatibility with all printer models or configurations. Printer communication depends on hardware support for WebUSB, Web Serial, or network protocols.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYNTA CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prynta Co, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
