At Prynta Co, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our browser-based label design and printer management platform. By using Prynta Co, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (securely hashed via Auth0). If you sign in with a social provider (Google, GitHub), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.

Printer Configuration Data

We store your printer configurations including printer name, IP address (for network printers), connection type, printer model, and settings (darkness, speed, media type). We do NOT collect or store any data printed on your labels.

Template & Design Data

We store your label templates, including text, images, barcodes, and design elements. This data is stored securely in our database and in Cloudflare R2 for file assets. Your templates belong to you and are only visible to your account.

Usage and Analytics Data

We collect information about how you use Prynta Co, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, IP address, and approximate location (city/country level). This helps us improve the platform and diagnose issues.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function (authentication, session management). Analytics cookies help us understand how you use Prynta Co. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit some features.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, secure password hashing via Auth0, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
