Built by a printer user, for printer users.
Prynta Co was born out of frustration with the tools that exist today.
I've spent years working with Zebra thermal printers β shipping labels, warehouse labels, asset tags, you name it. I know what it's like to depend on these machines every day.
The software side was always the painful part. Zebra Designer only runs on Windows. If you're on a Mac, you're out of luck β or you're running a virtual machine just to print a label. That's absurd in 2026.
The alternatives aren't better. BarTender costs hundreds per year. NiceLabel is built for enterprises with IT departments. If you're a small business owner, a solo warehouse operator, or someone who just needs to print labels and manage a printer without jumping through hoops β there was nothing out there for you.
I wanted something that just worked. Open a browser, connect my printer, design a label or send a ZPL command, and print. No downloads. No drivers. No Windows-only nonsense. No $500/year software license just to talk to a printer I already own.
So I built Prynta Co. It's the tool I always wished existed β a modern, browser-native platform that works on Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chromebook. It connects directly to your USB, serial, or networked printers using the same browser you're reading this in.
I priced it so it doesn't break the bank. I know what it feels like to see a price tag that makes you question whether you even need labels. Prynta Co starts at $9/month β less than what most people spend on coffee in a week. Because controlling your own printer shouldn't require a procurement process.
This isn't backed by a venture fund or built by a team of 50. It's built by one person who uses thermal printers every day and got tired of the status quo. Every feature exists because I needed it myself first.
